2008 is here! Hooray!
2007 was a rough year and, despite coming through it in one piece (more or less), I’m not sorry to be moving onto the greener pastures of the new year which, after all, ends in one of my favorite digits.
Couple of administrative items to get taken care of before we sally forth into the expanse of ’08.
First, I’ve committed to Blog 365, so you’ll be seeing a lot more of me in the new year. Brace yourselves.
Second, in honor of the new year, R’s been working feverishly over the vacation to upgrade the site. I have been working less feverishly, but I’m excited enough for several people. The improvements include streamlining the backend management for me, adding bells and whistles for all of us, and resolving some annoying issues that bother detail-obsessed people like me. Like the lack of borders on the search results page. It’s hard to believe I even have time to write at all.
The new site will launch sometime in the next couple of weeks. I’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, I hope everyone’s new year is peachy so far.
