Hooray!
Sadly, however, it looks like Prop R here in California is going to fail. In case everyone in the rest of the country isn’t up on west coast news, Prop R asks, “Shall the city change the name of the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant to George W. Bush Sewage Plant?”
Naturally, I voted an enthusiastic, “Yes!” How could I not? Really. Democrat or Republican, how can you not get behind something like this? And by “like this” I mean “patently California ridiculous.” I’ve got to take advantage of this sort of thing while I still live out here, don’t you agree?
