Totally agree with the Marina = Upper East Side
Berkeley = Brooklyn
Oakland = Jersey City
The Castro = Lower West Side/Chelsea
South Beach to Hunter’s Point = The Bronx
The Mission = Lower East Side
The Richmond = Queens
Marin = Westchester
